Revision Policy
Every package includes unlimited revisions during the active project phase. We work with you until you're completely satisfied with the final design. Major scope changes may require additional fees.
Payment Terms
50% upfront to begin work, 50% upon completion before final delivery. We accept all major payment methods. Full refund if we can't deliver on our promises during the design phase.
Turnaround Time
Standard delivery: 7-14 days. Rush orders available for 50% additional fee (3-5 days). Complex projects like VTuber models may take 2-3 weeks. We'll always give you a realistic timeline upfront.
Usage Rights
You receive full commercial usage rights for all designs. Use them on any platform, sell merchandise, and create derivative works. We retain portfolio rights only.
